A DAY TOUR: A COOKERY LESSON IN UMBRIA
Umbria is a region of extraordinary riches: it is the central treasure chest of Italy and when opened it reveals flourishing unspoilt nature, artistic marvels which are hard to match, excellent food and wine and the deep peace and spirituality of Franciscan land. The Umbrian Cuisine is based on simple but tasty recipes belonging to rooted traditions. This private cookery course is organized in a restaurant in the medieval centre of Spello. With a few genuine local ingredients incredible flavours will be created.
The cookery lesson starts at 10.00 o'clock. You will prepare together with Chef Maurizio an 'antipasto, primo, secondo and dolce'. He will explain you all about the local Umbrian product and how to prepare them. Of course you will taste all dishes during lunch time. End of course about 15.00 o'clock
